Investigators 6/9/2023

Next week is Spirit week! Monday- Pajama Day Tuesday- Twin Day Wednesday- Beach Day (no bathing suits, please) Thursday- Fancy Day Friday- Field Day- Students will be getting wet. Please send a towel and clothes that you don't mind them getting wet in. They can wear bathing suits under clothing. This week in ELA we continued to wrap up levels in reading groups. The students have made such great progress this year! :) We moved on to Haku poetry where we focused on creating poems about nature. We also finished up our last spelling list of the year! In Science this week, we completed our mini project and made an energy plan for a town using only nonrenewable resources. We then moved on to a short sound unit. We have just a few science activities left before we wrap up the year! :) -Ms. Jamie
