Hi Innovator families!
In ELA we have finished our pre-reading information about S.E. Hinton and The Outsiders. No doubt some of you learned some 'fun' 1960s vocabulary like "having hot goods and getting thrown in the cooler." Forgive the new (old) information they are adding to their vocab!
In Science we explored real world collision problems (think helmets/cars/astroids) and tried to apply Newton's 3rd law to fix them.
All this amidst NWEA testing! Winter scores look strong so far--your students are amazing!!
MACKINAC TRIP: The February payment is coming! February and March are the largest and last of the payments. $150 per participant is due FEBRUARY 1.
