Innovators 4/21/2023

Dear Innovator Families,

In ELA we have begun writing our draft for our argumentative essays to answer: Is Social Media Beneficial or Risky? Drafts were due Friday, so please ask your student to show you it is complete in Google Classroom, or encourage them to work on it over break.

In Science we are beginning a project about climate change.  We will find out how data can be represented to educate about changes outcomes of climate change.

Amidst more testing (MSTEP) we found time to play a class favorite: OuiSi

We also celebrated a traditional Passover meal- complete with reenacted story-with Dr. Cheryl:

SPRING FLING PARTY

Spring is here and so is the return of the SPRING FLING! For this night of dinner, dancing and raffle fun, each class donates a themed basket.  buy your tickets here:

Please consider supporting your student's homeroom by donating items that match our themes or $5-10 cash so we can buy for the baskets.  Miss Jenni's room is doing a Star Wars themed basket and Dr. Chery's room is doing a Baking themed basket. Miss Jenni has created Amazon wishlists if you need inspiration.  It can be delivered directly to her for convenience. You are not limited to these lists! Donations appreciated by May 8th.
